MOLLY L. WELLS, Director of Marketing and Publications

Molly L. Wells is Director of Marketing and Publications at Criterion Economics. She maximizes the impact of Criterion's work product by disseminating it to decision makers and thought leaders in law, government, academia, and the business media. Ms. Wells also manages the production of articles on competition law for publication by the Oxford University Press in the Journal of Competition Law & Economics, which is edited by Criterion's founder.

Previously, Ms. Wells was program manager of the AEI-Brookings Joint Center for Regulatory Studies and its successor, the Reg-Markets Center at AEI, the foremost voice in the debate over regulatory reform and how markets, laws, and regulation contribute to economic well-being. Ms. Wells managed the transition from the Joint Center to the Reg-Markets Center in January 2008. While managing the Joint Center and the Reg-Markets Center, Ms. Wells oversaw the editing and publication of hundreds of scholarly articles and books, maintained a website that generated tens of thousands visits each month, compiled and distributed the center's e-newsletter, and planned conferences. She also assisted center director Robert W. Hahn with his research on topics ranging from prediction markets to energy policy. Ms. Wells edited Dr. Hahn's publications and oversaw their submission to law reviews, other journals, leading newspapers, and government agencies.

Ms. Wells graduated cum laude from the University of Richmond, receiving a B.A. in French with minors in Economics and Studio Art.
