Eisenach Addresses Federal Communications Bar Association Meeting on the FCC’s Proposal to Ban Bundling of Cable Television Programming

March 7, 2008

Criterion Chairman Jeffrey Eisenach commented on the FCC’s pending rulemaking proposing to ban bundling in the wholesale market for cable television programming at a March 7 brown bag lunch hosted by the Federal Communications Bar Association. Other panelists included Brad Gillen from EchoStar and Bill LeBeau from NBC Universal. Eisenach recently authored two reports on these issues on behalf of the Walt Disney Company, which were submitted as part of Disney’s filings in the FCC proceeding. Eisenach’s reports can be found here and here.
