Lisa Mould is an accomplished business professional with more than twenty years of experience. At Criterion, she serves as Business Manager and lends her expertise to consulting engagements.

Ms. Mould previously worked as a vice president at Merrill Lynch, serving individual investors and small businesses. She managed equities, municipal and corporate bonds, mutual funds, and insurance products within investment portfolios. In addition, she implemented and managed small-business retirement programs, including 401-K plans, and restructured stock and employee stock option plans.

Before joining Merrill Lynch, Ms. Mould worked in sales at two national transportation companies.

Ms. Mould is active in community and charitable organizations. She currently serves on the board of directors for Bright Beginnings, which provides support and education to homeless children and families throughout Washington, D.C.
