All of our consultants have exceptional academic records from leading universities. Academic excellence, however, is a necessary but not sufficient condition for employment at Criterion. We seek colleagues who have other achievements that signal maturity, judgment, insight, leadership, and integrity.

Criterion consultants have left the firm to receive Ph.D.s, J.D.s, and other advanced degrees. They have also received a number of honors and awards, including a Fulbright and prestigious scholarships to graduate school.
