Criterion provides expert analysis for clients engaged in complex economic litigation or regulatory proceedings, or for whom complex economic litigation, regulation, or legislation has a critical and recurring influence on the formulation of corporate strategy. Our areas of expertise include antitrust and competition policy, intellectual property, economic regulation, telecommunications, media, software, mergers and acquisitions, commercial litigation and arbitration, products liability litigation, securities litigation, damages and valuation, class certification, and public policy.
We seek economists at both the B.A and Ph.D. levels to work on consulting engagements. Responsibilities include economic research, data analysis, report and presentation preparation, and project management. Candidates should have a degree in economics or finance with expertise in applied microeconomics and econometrics. Candidates must be fluent in English. They should have strong writing and presentation skills and the ability to interact with clients and work in a team environment.
